Rachel Brathen

Rachel Brathen was born October the 5th 1988 in Sweden and is a Swedish digital influencer and author. Born in Sweden, the young woman moved to Costa Rica to pursue a yoga career and currently lives in Aruba. Teaching Yoga full time, she is known for her online yoga classes and blog posts on her self titled website.

The author of the New York Times best selling book Yoga Girl, she also has an Instagram account of the same name. Labelled by Forbes to be one of the most influential digital influencers in the fitness category, the instructor has well over two million followers on the platform, where she posts personal images of herself and her family as well as images of her daily Yoga practice.
