Krishane

Krishane is a Jamaican dancehall artist currently based in London. His 2014 single “Drunk and Incapable” features British singer Melissa Steele and dancehall great Beenie Man. The single peaked at number 27 on the UK Singles chart. Krishane is the son of reggae legend Barrington Levy. He is currently under contract with 1 2 One Entertainment and recently signed to Atlantic Records. He is working on his debut album with notable producers like Michael Angelo, Bless Beats, and Will Simms. Krishane counts Garnett Silk, Sanchez, Taurus Riley, Pharrell, Michael Jackson, and Usher among his musical inspirations. He began writing songs at age six and began singing at age 11 in a school choir in his hometown of Christiana; his choir teacher nicknamed him the “Melodic bird”.
