David Price

David Price was born in Murfreesboro, Tennessee on August 26, 1985. He was initially drafted in the 2004 amateur draft by the Los Angeles Dodgers, but he did not strike a deal with the team. He was the first round pick of the Tampa Bay Devil Rays in the 2007 MLB Amateur Draft. He had been involved in several trades in 2014. In 2015, he was traded to the Toronto Blue Jays, and he became a free agent in November of the same year. Price signed as a free agent with the Boston Red Sox in December 2015. He has been part of the All-Star Games from 2010 to 2012 and in 2014 and 2015. He also received the Babe Ruth Award and the AL Comeback Player of the year in 2018.
