Yewande “Andi” Osho

Andi Osho, born Yewande Osho on the 27th of January 1973 in London and is a British stand up comedian, television presenter, playwright and actress. Originally intending to work in television production, she turned to acting in 2003, deciding to embark on a stand up career three years later. She came to prominence for theatre work such as Yellowman where she played Alma, and Medea as the titular role and Qubuka.

In television she has had roles in British medical dramas such as Casualty and Doctors and has also appeared in Eastenders and Walking the Dead to name a few. An established playwright she has written acclaimed plays to date, and the actress currently portrays Rochelle Kindele in the miniseries, Kiri.
