Wasted Penguinz

Wasted Penguinz are a hardstyle duo composed of Pontuz Bergman and Jon Brandt-Cederhäll, who met up in 2006 when they were each solo artists in the electronic field. They shopped around to labels, first signing with Bazz Implant Recordings and later with Dutch hardstyle label Scantraxx Recordz, which debuted their singles “Anxiety” and “I’m Free.”

Wasted Penguinz has since released eleven albums from 2009 to 2013. Their characteristic style is strong, soulful vocals over uplifting and melancholic beats, with slick production on videos. Their work is available for digital download, and they’re easy to find on YouTube, Soundcloud, and Spotify. They cite Hans Zimmer as a stylistic influence.
