Terrell Carter

Terrell Carter is an American actor and singer. With a career that began singing in church, Fred Hammond auditioned him and Carter’s natural talents were put to good use with the release of his independent albums.  He has worked with artists such as India Arie, Patti Labelle, Faith Evans, Sheila E and Christina Aguilera.

As an actor, Carter is best known for working with Tyler Perry. He has worked on many projects, the most noteworthy being 2005’s Diary of a Mad Black Woman, where he first worked alongside Tyler Perry. He then went on to have a role in the film Shooter and Curse of Mesopotamia. The actor is currently starring in the television series Empire where he plays Warren Hall.
