Sophie Monk

Sophie Monk, born Sophie Charlene Akland Monk on the 14th of December 1979 in London and is an Australian radio personality, model, actress, songwriter and singer. Best known for being a member of the girl group Bardot, formed on the reality series Popstars she has worked as an actor in films such as ate Movie, Spring Breakdown and Click to name a few.

With Bardot the singer released two albums, the debut self titled album was certified double platinum in Australia, the second album Play It Like That was also a success and the group disbanded in 2002. Monk then released a solo album in 2003, the debut single Inside Outside was a hit and peaked at number five on the ARIA charts and her subsequent singles were also incredibly successful.
