Ozuna

Ozuna, born Juan Carlos Ozuna Rosado on March 13th, 1992 in San Juan, Puerto Rico is a Puerto Rican singer specializing in the reggaeton and latin trap genres. He began writing music at the age of 12  and debuted on his first song in 2012 with a track called “Imagining.”

In 2014 Ozuna signe a record deal with the label Golden Family Records and also began releasing his music through YouTube.  In the same year his single “Si No Te Quiere” featuring D. Ozi achieved mainstream success. In 2016 Ozuna was featured on the single “La Ocasion” with DJ Luian, Mambo Kingz, De La Ghetto, Arcangel and Anuel AA. The single reached number 22 on Billboard’s Hot Latin Songs chart. He then release a popular remix in the same year of his song “Does not Want to Fall in Love” with Daddy Yankee. He followed up that release with the single “Tell Him You Want Me.” The single became his best charting song to date reaching number 13 on the Billboard charts.

In 2017 Ozuna released his debut album entitled Odyssey. The lead single, “Te Vas” reached over 540 million views on YouTube. As a result Ozuna has since collaborated with many popular artists in the Latin genre including Daddy Yankee, Wisin, J. Balvin, Chris Jeday, and Arcangel. In the same year he won a Premios Juventud Award for Best Breakthrough Artist.
