Michelle Obama

Michelle Obama, born Michelle LaVaughn Robinson on January the 17th 1964 in Illinois, is an American writer, lawyer and previously was the First Lady of the United States between 2009 and 2017.  With training from Princeton University and later, Harvard Law School, she is married to Barack Obama, the 44th President of the United States.

In her time as First Lady, Obama was a fashion icon and advocate for education, nutrition, healthy eating, physical activity, poverty and a role model to women. Still keeping up her philanthropic efforts, she is well known for her use of the platform, Twitter, on which she has over ten million followers, who tune in as she tweets about her speaking engagements, events and charity efforts.
