Mica Paris

Micah Paris was born on April 27, 1969 in Islington, London, England. She was born with the given name Michelle Antoinette Wallen. She got her start as a back-up singer with the UK band Hollywood Beyond. She is known as a singer, songwriter, and actress.

She is a singer and songwriter on eight albums spanning from 1988 to 2017. Her albums include: So Good, Contribution, Whisper a Prayer, Black Angel, If You Could Love Me, Soul Classics, Born Again, and Mica Sings Ella. She has also performed on stage in such plays/musicals as: Mama I Want to Sing, Sweet Lorraine, The Vagina Monologues, Love Me Tender. In 2008, she wrote a book called Beautiful Within: Finding Happiness and Confidence in Your Own Skin.

Lastly she has performed and acted as a guest in a few television series: Live From Studio Five, High Heels and Low Lifes, Only Fools and Horses, and Soul Train.
