Luke Kuechly

Luke Kuechly was born on April 20, 1991 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Kuechly started his football career as linebacker and safety at St. Xavier High School. From 2009-2011, he played for the Boston College Eagle football team. While there, he started as an outside linebacker freshman year and finished as a middle linebacker. He dropped from college before senior year to enter the 2012 NFL draft picks. Her was highly rated by both Mel Kiper Jr. and Todd McShay.

On May 10, 2012, Kuechly signed a contract with the Carolina Panthers and has been with them ever since. During the 2015 season, he became the highest paid linebacker at an amount of $62 million dollars. Also during the same season, Kuechly was a part of the team to go to Super Bowl 50. His awards include the All-Iron Award and the AP NFL Defense Rookie of the Year.
