Killy

Of Bajan and Filipino descent, Killy is a Canadian Rapper. With a melodic and ambient dark trap sound, he was heavily inspired by Travis Scott, a fellow rapper. Finding viral success with his song Killamonjaro, Killy reached over 15 million views on YouTube in under a year, an impressive feat for a young, unknown artist.

With music inspired by his Caribbean upbringing, each of his tracks are known for being strong and identity themed tracks that link to his personal life and social life as well as his familial life. His follow ups to Killamonjaro are the tracks Distance and No Romance which have also gone viral, giving the young rapper unprecedented success in his early career. Killy’s debut venture Surrender My Soul has also garnered critical success.
