JayDaYoungan is an American rapper born on July the 14th 1998 in Bogalusa Louisiana.  Inspired by artists such as Kevin Gates and Lil Boosie, the rapper only had two years of rapping under his belt before dropping his first mixtape Ruffway in 2017. Including the song Slidin Freestyle, it became his most popular music video on YouTube with over six million views.

With a style of music that is described as being a reflection the darker aspects of a young life, his other music including the second tape The Real Jumpman 23 and Wake Up, releasing more visual accompaniments to his music, the artist’s latest hit Interstate has already seen over 4 million views within a month of it’s release.
