Jane Zhang

Jane Zhang is a Chinese singer and songwriter born in Chengdu, Sichuan, China on October 11, 1984. She is known as the “Dolphin Princess” for her signature whistle register. Zhang started her singing career in 2005 after coming in third place at the singing contest Super Girl. She was signed with Huayi Music and released her debut studio album in 2006 titled The One. The album sold more than a million copies. Zhang has since released the albums Update, Jane@Music, Believe in Jane, Reform, The Seventh Sense, and Past Progressive. She has gone on a number of tours, including the Celebrate Tour, Believe in Jane Tour, Bang the World Tour, and Jane’s Secret Tour. From 2016 to 2018 she was a judge on the Chinese singing competition show Sound Of My Dream.
