Jacob Davis

Jacob Davis is an American country music singer and songwriter born in Shreveport, Louisiana on March 30, 1988. He is currently signed to Universal Music Group Nashville’s MCA Nashville division. After graduating from college, he moved to Nashville, Tennessee in 2012 to pursue a music career. In 2016 he was signed with the label Universal Music Group Nashville and in 2017 he released his debut single titled “Singles You Up.” The song charted at number one on the Billboard Country Airplay chart and was certified platinum by the RIAA. He has since released the singles “Take It from Me” and “Slow Dance in a Parking Lot.” In 2018 he released his debut studio album titled Home State. The album charted at number 6 on the Billboard Country Albums chart, 47 on the Billboard 200 Albums chart, and 48 in Canada.
