Ghostemane

Ghostemane is the stage name of the American rapper and singer Eric Whitney. He was born in West Palm Beach, Florida on April 15, 1991. He is known for his fusion of rap and metal. While in college, he listened to hardcore punk music and was in several bands, including Seven Serpents and Nemesis. While playing the guitar in the band Nemesis, he was introduced to Memphis rap by a bandmate. In 2015 he moved to Los Angeles, California to pursue a music career. He joined the collective Schemaposse until they disbanded in 2016. In 2015 he released his debut album titled Oogabooga and has since released the albums For the Aspiring Occultist, Rituals, Blackmage, Plagues, Hexada, and N/O/I/S/E. He has also released the EPs Ghoste Tales, Dogma, Kreep, Dæmon, Dæmon II, Dæmon III, Dahlia IFear Network, and Opium. Ghostemane releases all of his music independently.
