Darius Butler

Darius Butler was born on March 28, 1986 in Coral Springs, Florida. His interest in football began at Coral Springs High School where he played as a quarterback and safety. He earned himself recognition as the All-state memorable mention while in high school. He got his start in college football while playing for the University of Connecticut as a cornerback. Darius was drafted into the NFL a year after graduating in 2009 and was picked by the New England Patriots. Darius remained with the New England Patriots until 2011 when he joined the Carolina Panthers. In 2012 Darius signed onto the Indianapolis Colts as a safety.
