Dak Prescott

Dak Prescott is an American professional football player born in Sulphur, Louisiana on July 29, 1993. He is currently a quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League. He played football in high school at Haughton High School in Haughton, Louisiana for the Buccaneers. He went on to play college football at Mississippi State University for the Bulldogs from 2012 to 2015. In 2014 he set 10 school records and was named the Manning Award Player of the Week five times, the SEC Offensive Player of the Week three times, and the Athlon Sports, Davey O’Brien, and Maxwell Player of the Week two times each. In 2015 he was awarded the Senior Class Award and in 2016 he was awarded the Senior Bowl Most Outstanding Player. In 2016 he was selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the fourth round, 135th overall, in the 2016 NFL Draft. That same year he was named the NFL Rookie of the Year, and Pepsi NFL Rookie of the Year winner. He has played in 2 Pro Bowls and holds at least 12 Cowboys franchise records. Throughout his NFL career he has recorded 10,876 passing yards, 944 rushing yards, and 8 rushing touchdowns.
