Abbath

Coming from Bergen, Norway, Abbath was formed in 2015. As a black metal band, it was found by Abbath Doom Occulta (Olve Eikemo), a former Immortal band guitarist and vocalist. Because of legal disputes, the Immortal needed to cease operations. With the emergence of Abbath, it had an occult-laden black metal music with support from King Ov Hell of God Seed, Per Valla, and Creature.

Their live debut happened at Tuska Open Air 2015. Their EP debut album “Abbath” was prepared for the Season of Mist. The album was launced on January 2016.
