Cedric the Entertainer

Cedric Antonio Kyles, otherwise known as Cedric the Entertainer is an American comedian, host and actor. With a career that began in 1996, he was the host of It’s Showtime at the Apollo as well as ComicView and Def Comedy Jam as well as co-starring with Steve Harvey on the sitcom The Steve Harvey Show. He has also hosted the television show Who Wants to Be a Millionaire.

Some of his film credits include Big Momma’s house as The Reverend, the Detective in the Jim Carrey starring Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events. A Haunted House ant its sequel as Father Doug Williams.  Some of his voice acting credits include Maurice in the hit Dreamworks films Madagascar and the sequels of the film.  He has also voiced Carl in the Ice Age films and Leadbottom in the Planes film franchise.
