The 2 Bears

The 2 Bears are made up of Raf Rundell and Joe Goddard who started out as DJ and promoter. They are based in London, England and formed in 2009. Goddard was working with the electronic group Hot Chip at the time when a friend suggested they work together on an album  They went to work together in the studio with Raf singing, even though he never pictured himself as a singer. They were both inspired by the 90’s music, Masters at Work, so they had that in common. In 2010 they released two ep’s for the Bears and curious nature both on Southern Fried records. In 2011 the duo created their first full-length album Be Strong including singles ‘Be Strong’,  ‘Church’ and ‘The Mighty Bear-hug’.
