Ryan Reynolds

Ryan Reynolds was born on October 23, 1976 in Vancouver, British Columbia. He started acting in 1991 in the Canadian teen soap Hillside, which was called Fifteen in the U.S. In 1998, he starred in Two Guys and a Girl and had small roles in Van Wilder, The Odyssey and Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle.

Reynolds had a lead role in Definitely, Maybe (2008) and became a romantic icon after his role in The Proposal (2009). He entered the action genre in 2004 for Blade: Trinity. He narrated the 2011 film The Whale and starred in two 2013 Dreamworks films, The Croods and Turbo.

Reynolds has played a superhero three times. He starred as Hal Jordan in the DC film Green Lantern and played Deadpool twice, one in the X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009) movie and once in Deadpool (2016), where he worked intensely to revitalize the character.

In 2016, he received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and was on the People Magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive list in 2008 and 2009. He then took the Sexiest Man Alive top honor in 2010.
