Ryan Phillippe

Ryan Phillippe is an American actor born in New Castle, Delaware on September 10, 1974. He became well known after playing Billy Douglas in the soap opera One Life to Live. He is also known for his roles in the films I Know What You Did Last Summer, 54, and Cruel Intentions. He was signed with the management company, Cathy Parker Management in Voorhees, New Jersey and made his debut on television in the soap opera One Life to Live. He continued landing roles in the shows Matlock, Due South, Chicago Hope, The Outer Limits, Secrets and Lies, Drunk History, Shooter, Brooklyn Nine-Nine and others. In 1995 he made his debut in film in the movie Crimson Tide and has since had roles in the films White Squall, Nowhere, 54, Little Boy Blue, The Way of the Gun, Antitrust, Cruel Intentions, Homegrown, Crash, Flags of Our Fathers, Five Fingers, Breach, The Lincoln Lawyer, Wish Upon, The Sound of Philadelphia and more. Throughout his career he has been nominated for a number of awards and has won two Screen Actors Guild Awards, a Satellite Award, a Black Reel Award and others.
