Ria Mae

Ria Mae, born Ria MacNutt, is a singer-songwriter noted for her folk-twinged pop songs.  Born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, she released her first EP Between The Bad in 2009, and her debut full-length Under Your Skin in 2011. The self-released album earned her a East Coast Music Award the following year, and she was signed to Sony Music Canada shortly after. Upon being signed, she began releasing singles for her commercial debut. “Leaving Today,” “Clothes Off,” and “Gold,” were all released between 2013 and 2016 in promotion of her self-titled album. The album was finally released in 2016, and she embarked on a tour that summer.
