Rachel Hollis is an American blogger, author, motivational speaker, and YouTuber born in Weedpatch, California on January 9, 1983. She is the founder of the lifestyle blog The Chic Site. In 2004 she started her event planning company, Chic Events. She started her YouTube channel in 2009 and has amassed a following of 110k subscribers with over 6.5 million total video views. In 2013 she founded her lifestyle blog The Chic Site. She released her debut book in 2018 titled Girl, Wash Your Face. The book was in the top 10 best-selling books in the United States for seven months. It sold over 880,000 copies and was the second most popular book in 2018 on Amazon. In 2019 she released her second book titled Girl, Stop Apologizing. She also has a large following on social media with 1.6 million followers on Facebook, 1.4 million followers on Instagram, and 54k followers on Twitter.
