New Found Glory

New Found Glory is an American pop punk band from Coral Springs, FL. The band is made up of Jordan Pundik, Chad Gilbert, Ian Grushka, and Cyrus Bolooki. Founded in 1997, the band consists of all original members minus the guitarist and lyricist Steve Klein, who left the band in 2013. New Found Glory has released eight studio albums along with three cover albums and two EPs. The band is considered one of the forefathers of the pop-punk genre and a major influence on the genre throughout the 2000’s, often ranked equal to Blink-182 and Green Day. The band released records under Drive-Thru Records until 2009’s Not Without a Fight, which was released under Epitaph Records. Their 2000 self-titled album was the first to break the Billboard 200, peaking at 107; the next two albums, 2002’s Sticks and Stones and 2004’s Catalyst, reached numbers 3 and 4, respectively. These three albums are all certified Gold in the US. Their most commercially successful single, “My Friends Over You”, off Sticks and Stones, hit number 85 on the US Singles charts and number 5 on the US Alternative Rock charts.
