Christopher Lynn Moore, who is known throughout the rap world as Lil Twist, was born on January 11, 1993, and was raised in Dallas, Texas. He began rapping and crafting lyrics when he was only ten years old, and that same year he released his debut single “The Texas Twist”, a song which was a smash in Texas for more than a month. He was then inspired to pursue his music career seriously after attending a Lil Wayne concert in his home state. Lil Wayne flew the young Lil Twist to see him in Atlanta, eventually signing him to Young Money Records. Lil Twist went on to release the mixtapes The Golden Child and 3 Weeks in Miami in 2011 and 2012, respectively, and finally released his debut studio album Bad Decisions through Young Money Records in 2014.
