Kreayshawn

Oakland, California native Kreayshawn was born Natassia Gail Zolot on September 24, 1989. After dropping out of high school, she began recording music videos for artists around town, and later moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in music video filming. She got her musical start as a member of White Girl Mob, which broke up in 2012, yet was able to release the mixtape Kittys x Choppas in 2010. Following the success of her single “Gucci Gucci”, she was signed to Columbia Records. Kreayshawn was nominated at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards for Best New Artist, and the following year, she released Somethin’ ‘Bout Kreay, her debut album. The album charted fairly well, and featured the singles “Breakfast” with 2 Chainz as well as “Go Hard (La.La.La)”.
