Khalid Legend Robinson was born on February 11, 1998 in Fort Stewart, Georgia and resides in El Paso, Texas. A singer and songwriter, Khalid hit the Billboard Twitter Emerging Artists chart at number 2 and number 38 on the US Billboard Hot 100 with his single “Location”. After collaborations with Alina Baraz and Brasstracks, he was named New Artist of the Week in February 2017 by Apple Music. He went on a “Location Tour”, going countrywide across the United States and even reaching Europe, selling out at every venue. Khalid’s first studio album debut was American Teen on March 3, 2017 that has since gone platinum. His awards amount to several nominations including winner of Best New Artist by MTV Video Music Awards.
