Jessica Capshaw

Jessica Capshaw is an American actress born in Columbia, Missouri on August 9, 1976. She is best known for her roles on the shows The Practice and Grey’s Anatomy. While in college she had roles in productions of Arcadia and Cat on a Hot Tin Roof. During the summer she would attend classes at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London. In 1997 she made her debut in film in the movie The Locust and continued landing roles in the films Denial, The Love Letter, Valentine, Minority Report, View From the Top, Blind Trust, Holidate, The Hero of Color City and more. She made her debut on television in 1999 in the show ER and has since had roles in the shows Odd Man Out, The Practice, Into the West, Thick and Thin, Bones, The L Word, Head Case, and Grey’s Anatomy.
