Iman Crosson was born on March 27, 1982 in Louisville, Kentucky. He is known for his acting and impressionist ability (Barack Obama being his most famous), and he began making videos on YouTube in December of 2005. He did not receive widespread recognition until 2008, when he uploaded a video entitled “Momentous Day,” which has garnered over 12 million views. His YouTube channel boasts over 700,000 subscribers and over 150 million collective views.

Aside from his career on the YouTube platform, he has other successful ventures. Crosson landed a lead role in the comedy/drama film Along the Roadside (2015). In October of 2012, he played as Barack Obama in “Barack Obama vs. Mitt Romney,” a satirical rap battle between the two political figures. The released single was certified gold by the RIAA, with over 500,000 sales.
