Eva Mendes was born Eva de la Caridad Mendez on March the 5th 1974 in Florida and is an American actress, model and businesswoman. The actresses career began in 1998 with B movies and she went on to become well known for her role in the crime thriller Training Day and since then has gone on to star in films such as the action comedy All About the Benjamins as Gina, 2 Fast 2 Furious as Monica, the romantic comedy Hitch as Sara and The Other Guys as Sheila Gamble.
