Eric Volta

Eric Volta is a London based DJ and music producer. He moved around plenty as a child throughout Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.  He cites his multicultural exposure as his source of inspiration and sound. He dabbles and blends the musical genres of soul, rock, reggae, blues, funk & jazz, electronic music, IDM, drum & bass, and 80’s and 90’s techno. He debuted on Hastiras’ Hatrax remix of “Spaced Invader”. The mix brought him worldwide attention from the DJ community. He released his debut EP in 2010 on Dirty Bird Records called All My Life. Since then he has steadily released an EP every single year on labels such as SK Supreme Records, Lower East, Visionquest, No.19 Music and My Favorite Robot. These include the EPs Eric Volta and Friends in 2011, Believe in 2012, Love Your Illusion in 2013, Blood Burgundy in 2014, and The Dissolution of Eric Volta in 2015. He has earned support from fellow artists such as Laurent Garnier, Maya Jane Coles, Aeroplane, Miss Kitten, Dubfire, Carlo Lio and Ewan Pearson.
