E. Roger Mitchell
E. Roger Mitchell is an American actor from Miami, Florida born on February 18, 1971. He is best known for his roles in the movie Hunger Games: Catching Fire as the character Chaff and the television series One Tree Hill and The Shield. Mitchell has also been in the films and television shows Minimum Security, How I spent My Summer Vacation, Losing Grace, S.W.A.T., Flight, The Next Day, The Walking Dead, The Crazies, NY’s Dirty Laundry, and The Last Exorcism Part II. He has acted in a number of theater productions as well, including Sheddin’, Every Tongue Confess, Jitney, Cuttin’ Up, A Confederacy of Dunces, Gem of the Ocean, among others. While studying in college in 1992 he was named in the Who’s Who Among America’s Colleges and Universities.
