David Rodigan

David “Ram Jam” Rodigan is a UK-based reggae dancehall DJ and broadcaster. His career as a broadcaster began in 1978 on BBC Radio London’s reggae show, “Roots Rock Hour.” Rodigan has continued to grace numerous radio stations, and DJ at several large venues, since then.

In 2005, David Rodigan had the distinct honor of being inducted in the Sony Academy Hall of Fame. Other achievement’s include a won for ‘Specialist Music Broadcaster of The Year’ at 2009’s Sony Radio Academy Gold Awards. At the same award ceremony in 2012, Rodigan walked away with two awards – a second win for ‘Specialist Music Broadcaster of The Year’ and another for ‘Services To Broadcasting.’
