David Longoria

David Longoria is an American trumpeter, singer, songwriter, and music producer born in Colorado Springs, Colorado on January 7, 1977. In 2005 he released a dance/pop duet with CeCe Peniston titled “Deeper Love” that reached number 14 on Billboard’s Hot Dance Club Play category. He has also produced the songs “Sticks & Stones”, “Look Who’s Talking”, “When Do I Get to Sing My Way”, “Bridge of No Return”, “America” and others. In 2012 he released the instrumental dance pop single titled “Zoon Baloomba.” The song reached number 21 on the US Dance Music Chart making him the first trumpeter to have a song on this chart since Herb Alpert released his instrumental single “Rise” in 1979. In 2013 he released his debut studio album titled Baila!. In 2016 he released a contemporary instrumental album titled The Journey with Del Oro Music. Longoria also composed and performed the theme song for the film Bloodline: Now or Never and also composed and performed the score for the short film Becoming a Man.
