Danny Rose

Danny Rose is an English professional soccer player born in Doncaster, England on July 2,1990. He is currently a left back for Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur and the English National Team. As a youth he played for Leeds United Youth Academy from 2005 to 2006. In 2006 he became part of the Leeds first team and was with the team until 2007. In 2007 he was signed for a transfer fee of 1 million pounds. In 2009 he went on loan to Watford for the 2008-2009 season. Toward the end of 2009 he went on loan to Peterborough United until January 2010. In 2010 he joined the Championship club Bristol City on a loan for the season. After several small injuries he returned back to Tottenham Hotspur in February 2011. He joined the Premier League club Sunderland on a season loan from the spurs in 2012. In 2013 he returned to Tottenham and was named the club’s young player of the year. In 2013 he began playing for Tottenham again and has continued to play for them to this day. In 2016 he signed a new contract with Tottenham Hotspur that has him on the team until 2021.
