Chunk! No, Captain Chunk!

Chunk! No, Captain Chunk! is a French post-hardcore band form in Paris, France in 2007. The members of the band are Bertrand Poncet on vocals, Eric Poncet and Paul Cordebard on Guitar, Mathias Rigal on bass guitar, and Bastien Lafaye on drums. The name of the band was taken from the comedy film The Goonies. The band’s sound incorporates elements of pop punk, metal, dance music, hardcore, indie, and acoustic. They released their debut EP in 2008 self-titled Chunk! No, Captain Chunk!. In 2010 they self-produced their debut album titled Something For Nothing. In 2011 they were signed to the label Fearless Records and re-released their debut album Something For Nothing. That year they went on tour with The Artery Foundation and Miss May I on the Across the Nation tour in Europe. In 2013 they released their second album titled Pardon My French that charted at 72 on the Billboard 200 chart. They released their third album in 2015 titled Get Lost, Find Yourself that charted at number 113 on the Billboard 200 chart.
