Bingo Players

DJ and record producer Maarten Hoogstraten, better known by his stage name Bingo Players, began his career in 2006 in the Netherlands alongside fellow DJ Paul Bäumer. The two formed their own record label which they called Hysteria Records, through which they released their productions and remixes. In 2011, Bingo Players released the singles “Cry (Just a Little)” and “Rattle”, the latter of which became a high-charting single in France, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Denmark. They followed this initial success with a remixed version of “Rattle”, which they titled “Get Up (Rattle)”. The new version was certified Gold in Canada as well as quadruple Platinum in Australia. Sadly, Paul Bäumer passed away in 2013 after battling cancer, and after a one-year hiatus it was announced that Maarten Hoogstraten would continue the legacy of Bingo Players as a solo act. He later released the single “Knock You Out” in 2014, which went to the #1 spot on the US Dance Chart.
