Ben Platt

Ben Platt, born Benjamin Schiff Platt on September 24th 1993 in California is an American singer and actor. With a career that began as a child singing alongside Kristin Chenoweth in The Music Man, he then went on to be cast as Elder Cunningham in The Book of Mormon and often reprises this role on stage since its debut in 2012.

Scoring a supporting role in the film Pitch Perfect, he plays Benji Applebaum alongside such actors as Skylar Astin and Rebel Wilson, Platt also reprised his role in the films sequels. Platt then went on to play Evan Hansen in the theatrical production of Evan Hansen and is next expected to be seen in the upcoming Netflix series, The Politician as Payton.
